Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote a safe environment.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service protocols.
