.Job Description:
The Product Manager Assistant supports the Product Management team with administrative and operational tasks critical to ensuring smooth progression of product activity. This role involves managing data in internal systems, coordinating with suppliers and sales, and ensuring accurate order flow and resolution of issues.
Duties Include:
- Assist the Product Manager with data entry in Visual ERP and CRM systems
- Review daily reports and carry out tasks to ensure product flow and timely progression
- Generate purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to confirm on-time delivery
- Communicate order updates and shipment status to the Sales team
- Investigate and resolve receiving issues in coordination with involved departments
- Process supplier returns
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide support to vendors or internal teams
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Manager or management
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma required
- Experience in the interconnect or electronic distribution industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to commute daily to the Turnersville, NJ location
