Average first-year associates earn $40,000–$50,000 with performance-based pay, including hourly wages, overtime, and performance bonuses!
You will also have the chance to earn commission on your route by recommending services to customers.

What You’ll Earn
· Hourly pay starting at $17.00/hr (Higher starting pay for licensed candidates)
· $40,000–$50,000 average first-year income

What You’ll Do
· Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
· Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
· Identify customer needs and recommend additional services
· Deliver excellent customer service
· Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment

What You’ll Need
· Must be at least 21 years of age (required to drive a company vehicle)
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
· Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check
· Ability to become DOT- certified
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
