Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of equipment functions and appliances.
- Experience in home electric, plumbing and general home repairs.
- Assist in unit interior/exterior renovations.
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
- Communicate with the Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property.
- Servicing requests that result in working both in and outdoors.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exceptional safety skills.
- Required to work in other surrounding cities as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- General maintenance experience required.
- Cleaning, painting, and appliance repair experience.
- Must be able to lift, carry over 50+ lbs and climb a ladder.
- Experience in turning a unit.
- Demonstrates ability to resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends. On call for maintenance emergencies.
- Must be able to complete scheduled, routine tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license, car, and car insurance. Must be able to travel.
- Must be bilingual.
