We are a full-service dental laboratory specializing in crowns & bridges, implants, dentures & partials, and digital/CAD-CAM restorations. We serve general dentists, dental specialists, and group practices across the region.
We are looking for a driven, organized, and creative Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to execute our growth strategy and help us build lasting relationships with new dentist clients. This is a hands-on role — you will own both the marketing execution and the outreach activity that converts prospects into active lab accounts.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage and update the lab's website, ensuring service pages are current, compelling, and optimized for SEO
Write and publish 2–4 blog posts per month targeting searches made by dentists (e.g., 'best zirconia crowns lab', 'how to send IOS files to your lab')
Maintain and grow the lab's Google Business Profile, including photos, posts, and review requests
Run the lab's LinkedIn presence: weekly posts, engagement with dentist connections, and direct outreach to prospects
Manage a monthly email newsletter to current and prospective clients using Mailchimp or equivalent
Business Development & Outreach
Build and maintain a prospect list of 300–500 target dentists and specialists in the service area
Execute direct mail campaigns: coordinate design, printing, mailing, and timely follow-up
Conduct phone and email follow-up with prospects after each outreach campaign
Schedule and prepare materials for in-office sales visits and lunch-and-learn presentations
Track and follow up with trial account dentists to convert them into recurring clients
Referral & Partnership Program
Run the lab's client referral program: communicate the offer, track referrals, and issue rewards
Build relationships with dental supply reps and other referral partners
Coordinate the lab's presence at dental association events, study clubs, and trade shows
Collateral & Creative
Manage production of marketing materials: brochures, sample kits, capability sheets, and digital assets
Coordinate with designers or vendors for print and digital creative work
Photograph or coordinate photography of finished lab cases (with dentist permission) for use in marketing
Reporting & Strategy
Track KPIs monthly: new accounts opened, website traffic, email open rates, campaign response rates
Report results to lab ownership and recommend adjustments to strategy based on data
Stay current on dental industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing best practices
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development — healthcare or dental industry a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making cold calls and in-person presentations
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
Proficiency with LinkedIn for professional outreach and content publishing
Strong organizational skills: ability to manage a prospect pipeline, follow-up cadence, and multiple campaigns simultaneously
Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of tasks without daily supervision
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
