Responsibilities
- Restock shelves efficiently by accurately receiving and organizing incoming merchandise using RF scanners and warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages or overstock situations through effective inventory control practices
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments, verifying product quantities, and updating inventory records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning, product packaging, and merchandising tasks
- Support customer service efforts by ensuring products are properly displayed and accessible, contributing to an inviting shopping atmosphere
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols; assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move large or bulky items
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments; utilize multilingual skills if applicable to better serve diverse customer needs
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control tasks
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
