What You’ll Do:
- Build a thriving pipeline of mortgage business by developing relationships with realtors, builders, professional partners, and prospective borrowers throughout the communities we serve.
- Connect with customers and referral partners daily, uncovering opportunities, generating referrals, and demonstrating the value of banking with a trusted local institution.
- Guide borrowers through one of life’s most important financial decisions, helping them understand their options, navigate the lending process, and secure the financing the best meets their needs.
- Own the customer journey from application to closing, coordinating with internal partners to ensure efficient processing, clear communication, and exceptional service every step of the way.
- Become a trusted resource for customers and business partners, earning repeat business and referrals through responsiveness, expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Requirements:
Who You Are:
- Brings a minimum of two years mortgage lending experience, including evaluating and qualifying self-employed income, and understands how to navigate complex borrower scenarios with confidence.
- Understands mortgage products, underwriting considerations, lending regulations, and the overall residential lending process.
- Is a natural relationship builder who enjoys networking, developing referral partnerships, and generating new business opportunities.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers, referral partners, and colleagues.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and can successfully manage a pipeline of loans from application through closing.
- Embraces teamwork, technology, and continuous learning while maintaining a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Holds (or is able to obtain) NMLS registration as required under the SAFE Act.
