About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations and help create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands hospitality, takes pride in developing a strong team, and is comfortable balancing guest service, staff management, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, coach, schedule, and supervise bartenders and support staff.
- Maintain high standards for guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.
- Monitor beverage costs, waste, portion control, and overall profitability.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, point-of-sale procedures, and end-of-shift reporting.
- Maintain compliance with applicable liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain beverage offerings and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Address guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
- Create and maintain staff schedules based on business needs.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance coaching.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
- Work closely with ownership/leadership to meet operational and financial goals.
- Lead by example and remain actively involved during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar management or strong supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and inventory control.
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and applicable regulations.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to be a hands-on leader.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on both guest experience and business results.
- Must be 21+
