Our Cannery Row salespeople will earn an average of $22.00-$30.00/hour (inclusive of $19.00 hourly wage, commission, and bonuses).

Established in 1924, Na Hoku is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated jewelry company. Encompassing design, manufacturing & retail operations, our company is the oldest and largest jeweler in Hawaii and the 14th largest in the US.

Responsibilities Include:

· Assist in maintaining an attractive store appearance in both cleanliness and product presentation.
· Working as a team to achieve individual, store & company objectives.
· Handling transactions efficiently and accurately
· Maintaining high security standards
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
· Strong work ethics with high integrity
· High enthusiasm combined with a positive attitude, dedication, and drive.
· Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
· Basic computer literacy
Must be able to:
·Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
·Have reliable transportation
·Lift 20 lbs
·Stand for 7.5 hours every day
·Able to safely bend, reach, and squat.
·Utilize basic computers, calculator and counting skills
Compensation:
· Hourly Wage - Starting at $19/hr
· Monthly Bonuses

· Up to 4% Commissions Paid Bi-weekly on all sales
