Security Officer - First Shift - Pharmacy
As a Security Officer in SAINT PAUL, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist customers and staff with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, as assigned.

Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, helping to deter loss-related issues and supporting a professional environment for customers and staff.

Assist with access control, after-hours checks, and/or opening and closing activities as directed by site-specific procedures and post orders.
Minimum Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
