Job Summary – Line Cook Mornings
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items in accordance with Hollenberry Pannekoeken’s recipes and standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring that every dish meets our quality, presentation, and timing expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and maintains a clean and organized station at all times. Hours are between 8am-5pm weekends are mandatory. Pay starts at 15 but is based on previous experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in inventory management and communicate supply needs.
- Support other kitchen duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
