We're looking for a Midday Guest Services Associate in Kansas City, working a steady Monday-through-Friday schedule that starts a little later in the day, perfect if mornings aren't your thing but you still want your weekends free.
What you'd actually be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions or concerns, helping resolve issues and providing information about our services and policies. It's people-focused work with real variety, no two calls or conversations are exactly the same, which keeps the day moving.

- Comfortable multitasking between conversations and record-keeping
No guest services experience required. If you've worked retail, hospitality, or any people-facing job, you've already got a head start.
