We are opening our Sugar Land location and are seeking a passionate BCBA who values compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming care and wants to be part of a growing, innovative team.
Position Overview
The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. This role is both clinical and collaborative, supporting a team-based model that integrates play, natural environment teaching, and child-led learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland as needed)
- Develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans based on client needs
- Supervise and support RBTs through modeling, feedback, and BST
- Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure client progress
- Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation (97151, 97155, etc.)
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Provide caregiver training and support generalization of skills
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with assent-based practices
- Support clinic growth through quality care and team leadership
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills
- Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining clinical integrity
- Passion for play-based, child-led therapy approaches
Preferred Experience
- Experience in center-based ABA settings
- Familiarity with NET and assent-based models
- Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff
- Strong communication and parent coaching skills
