South Florida Caterpillar dealership seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Contract Coordinator to support our service operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely scheduling, accurate billing, and clear communication with customers and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service work for manufacturer national accounts to meet required response and completion deadlines
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient job execution
- Invoice completed work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Input and manage data within billing systems to ensure payments are processed within manufacturer's timeframes
- Track and follow up on parts orders to prevent delays in service completion
- Communicate with customers regarding job status, parts availability, and expected completion timelines
- Maintain organized records of service activities, invoices, and communications
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, or service coordination preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
