Centered Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team in a home setting. We are looking for full time and part time staff. As a Neuro Rehab Home Technician, you’ll play a critical role in helping individuals with traumatic brain injuries live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Payrate starts at $16.00 and $16.50 an hour depending on shift.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
· Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings
· Perform light housekeeping and run errands as needed
· Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for each client
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries is a plus, but we will train the right person!
- Must be dependable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to support others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
Pay:
· Day Shift: $16.00/hr
· Overnight Shift: $16.50/hr
· up to a $1.00/hr raise upon completion of Fundamentals of Traumatic Brain Injury training
Shift Options:
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Full and part time will require an every other weekend and holiday rotation.
