Job Summary
We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Window & Door Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install windows and doors in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring a precise fit and polished finish every time. Whether working independently or alongside a crew, you’ll be expected to follow instructions, deliver high-quality workmanship, and maintain professionalism at every job site.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Perform accurate measurements to ensure proper fit, alignment, and finish
- Execute installation projects involving frame carpentry, remodeling, and occasional glass fitting
- Read and interpret schematics or blueprints to guide installations
- Safely lift and transport materials, tools, and products to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers while on-site
- Follow company and safety protocols at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in window/door installation, or general remodeling preferred
- Familiarity with tools and techniques such as framing, metal stud installation, cabinet work, or glass setting
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow schematics or layout drawings
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, professional results
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
