- Shift: Days/Evening
- Hours: 37 Hours per Week
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire LNA License
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with mobility, transfers, feeding, bathing, and personal care
- Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Bonus eligibility requires no more than 2 call-outs and no No Call/No Show (NCNS) during the contract.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
