About the Role
BND Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from the ground up — literally. You'll be the go-to person tying together clients, design teams, subcontractors, and our field crews, making sure every phase runs smoothly from pre-construction through closeout.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
- Review and coordinate project drawings, submittals, and specifications
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and meeting documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee and support the Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager in daily operations
- Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Attend and lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and design teams
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Keep meticulous documentation using project management and field software
- Travel throughout the metroplex for site visits and meetings with inspectors, owners, and subcontractors as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish (required).
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Confident communicator who can lead meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across the metroplex
- Familiarity with construction management software such as BlueBeam and Contractor Foreman (a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
- Unlimited PTO (pending approval)
- Mileage on personal vehicle discussed case-by-case
Pay: $95,000.00 per year
