Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and empathetic support throughout the case process
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel, aiming for fair compensation for clients
- Manage case files efficiently using legal case management systems such as Clio
- Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy, preparing reports, summaries, and legal drafts related to personal injury law cases
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
