X-RAY TECHNOLOGY - AART CERTIFIED
Performs radiologic imaging of patients. Must be able to perform a variety of technical studies in an efficient manner and produce diagnostic quality images. Orthopedic and casting experience helpful.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares patients for diagnostic exams.
- Performs imaging study as ordered by the physician.
- Reviews study to ensure that the diagnostic quality meets the ordering provider’s expectations.
- Practices proper safety precautions. Wears and maintains dosimeter badge.
- Performs necessary cleaning of rooms, cassettes, and equipment.
- Participates in quality control and quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinates efforts with all clinical staff in support of providing optimal patient care.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
- Current BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start.
- LMRT or ARRT Nevada license

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
