A well-established property management company based in NY is currently accepting applications for a full time Property Management Associate. This individual will assist the property management team in the day-to-day operations related to the management of commercial and residential properties. Please note that our office is located in Washington Heights, Manhattan.
This job will include but not limited to:
-Compliance with various NYC Local Laws
-Communicate with city agencies such as NYCHA/HPD as well as DOB/DEP/DOF
-Violations curing and removal
-Communicate with inspection companies and coordinate access
-Review inspections and communicate with tenants and owners
-Assist in scheduling repairs
-Assist property manager with reports, repairs, etc.
-Manage Tenant correspondences
-Prior property management experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual--a team player who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
We are in search of someone that loves to be busy, is highly efficient on a computer, can multi-task at a high-level, and demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being professional is important.
Qualifications:
-Bilingual (Spanish) is a must
-Minimum 2+ years previous real estate experience
-Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
-Strong organizational skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
