We’re looking for a passionate, reliable music instructor to join our team at Rockstars of Tomorrow – Greenwood! Ideal candidates are multi-instrumentalists who are confident teaching drums or guitar and at least one other instrument (guitar, bass, piano, or vocals preferred).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience teaching private and/or group lessons
- A positive, energetic approach to working with students of all ages
- Reliable transportation and availability on weekday afternoons/evenings
- Bonus: Live performance or band experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs and interests.
- Teach music theory, instrument techniques, and vocal skills in a supportive environment.
- Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and curriculum.
- Utilize creative methods, including photography and theater, to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.
