Founders Alliance is hiring full-time AT&T Team Members to join our expanding customer engagement team in South Bend, IN. As an AT&T Team Member, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored telecommunications solutions, and deliver a high level of service that reflects the AT&T brand. You’ll play an active role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting team initiatives, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
Your main responsibilities as an AT&T Team Member:
- Assess customer needs in residential settings and confidently recommend the best wireless plans, connected devices, and accessories.
- Educate customers on complex billing structures, features, and rate plans.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Diagnose and resolve customer-impacting issues like voice and data connectivity faults.
- Assist customers with getting their new phones, software, and applications up and running.
- Execute purchases, process payments, and handle billing or account collections using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Qualifications we value in an AT&T Team Member:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly valued, though not always mandatory.
- The ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and empathetically is critical for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- The ability to listen to customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide personalized solutions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
