Job Overview:
The Baker is responsible for working with the Bakery Manager and team to utilize their culinary skills and experience to produce a variety of bread and baked goods. This individual needs to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below but are not limited to.
Seasonal Position: May-October with the potential of a permanent position.
General Responsibilities:
- Works daily with the team to prepare all requested items from scratch. Items include a variety of bread, pretzels, and croissants.
- Sets up, maintains, and breaks down station according to food operation guidelines, displaying excellent safety and sanitation skills.
- Maintains accurate counts on all food items prepared, to ensure no discrepancies with orders.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

- Ability to reach, bend, push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
