Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking Grounds Person to join our team. This is an entry-level position with plenty of opportunities to grow as a temp-to-hire. As a Grounds Person, you will support our tree crews by assisting with daily operations, maintaining a safe work environment, and learning the skills needed for advancement in the tree care industry.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Operate wood chipper.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
- Perform general ground maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Familiarity with tree care practices
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Must be physically fit
- Must have a driver's license
- Pre-hire background check & drug screening are required to be hired on. No exemptions for marijuana.
