Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (I/DD). In this entry-level role, you will support individuals with daily activities, personal care, health and safety, and overall well-being.

DSPs help individuals build independence, reach personal goals, and stay engaged in their communities through social, recreational, and skill-building activities. This includes providing transportation as needed throughout the day.

We Require:
- Valid NYS drivers' license and maintain a qualified driver status throughout employment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- HS Diploma preferred
- Passion to help others and a great personality!
Experience as a care assistant, home care aide, home health aide, teaching aide, companion, nursing assistant, customer service, activity aide, direct support professional or retail helpful.
