Bonita Latin Fusion & Cocktails is looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily Front of House operations while supporting Back of House.
- Build, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create, implement, and maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational systems.
- Ensure exceptional standards of hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily staffing levels.
- Control labor cost, food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste.
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development and operational improvements.
- Analyze sales, labor, and operational reports to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Work closely with ownership to execute the company’s vision and drive long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience managing both Front of House and Back of House operations.
- Kitchen management experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, food ordering, food costing, labor cost control, and POS systems.
- Experience creating or implementing SOPs, checklists, and operational systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
