A. Marie Financial Services is now hiring motivated tax preparers for the upcoming tax season. We are looking for individuals who are serious about helping clients file accurate tax returns, providing great customer service, and growing with our team.
Position Overview
Tax Preparers will be responsible for assisting clients with preparing and filing individual tax returns. This position is great for someone who is organized, professional, willing to learn, and ready to build their own client base.
Requirements
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain an active PTIN before preparing tax returns.
Tax Preparers are also expected to obtain and bring in their own clients. This means you will be responsible for marketing yourself, referring clients to the company, and helping grow your personal tax client list under A. Marie Financial Services.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file individual tax returns accurately and professionally.
Collect and review client documents such as W-2s, 1099s, dependents’ information, IDs, and other required tax documents.
Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Follow company policies, training, and tax preparation procedures.
Market your services and bring in your own tax clients.
Stay available during tax season for client questions, updates, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Must have or obtain a valid PTIN.
Tax preparation experience is preferred but not required.
Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn.
Must have good communication and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable working with clients and handling sensitive information.
Must be willing to promote your services and build your own clientele.
Compensation
This is a commission-based seasonal position. Pay details, training, and company expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay: From $800.00 per week
