SpringHill Suites Zion National Park is seeking an energetic and service-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing daily front desk operations, scheduling, training, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support Front Desk Agents.
- Manage scheduling and shift coverage.
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room inventory.
- Maintain cash handling procedures and front desk standards.
- Partner with hotel leadership to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Prior hotel or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
