# Sales & Marketing Representative – Home Care Agency
## Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for growing the agency's referral network, increasing client census, and promoting the agency's services throughout the community. This role focuses on developing relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners while generating new business opportunities.
## Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, case managers, and other referral sources.
* Conduct regular marketing visits, presentations, and community outreach activities.
* Generate referrals and assist in achieving agency census goals.
* Educate referral sources on agency services and admission criteria.
* Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referrals.
* Collaborate with the intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process.
* Represent the agency professionally at networking events and community functions.
* Comply with all agency policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
## Qualifications
* Previous sales or marketing experience required; healthcare or home care experience preferred.
* Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Pay: $58,379.75 - $70,306.80 per year
