We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a very organized and detailed individual.
*Core Responsibilities*
-Strong Multitasking
-Monitor builder portals daily for new homes and updates to the template & install schedule
-Constant communication with assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction
-Coordinate and scheduled jobs for template, installation and services
-Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines/dates are met
-Taking ownership of all your accounts
*Duties and Responsibilities*
-Project details data entry from portal to our system
-Reading blueprints & cabinet plans
-Reviewing shop tickets for approval to be released to production
-Confirm all purchase order details and cross checking with signed contracts
-Addressing client issues promptly/resolve issues in timely fashion
-Answer phone calls/inquiries from builders
-Any miscellaneous tasks as needed/requested by Upper Management

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
