We are now hiring for full time kennel/Day Camp assistant. Experience in the pet care industry is required and the love for dogs is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Daily Care: Provide daily care for the dogs, including feeding, watering, cleaning exercising and administrating medicines.
- Behavior Monitoring: Observe animal behavior, health, and well-being, reporting any concerns.
- Safe Handling: Handle animals safely and with compassion.
- Interaction: Engage in dog and owner interaction, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean indoor and outdoor areas, maintain a sanitary environment.
- Check-In/Out Procedures: Assist with pet check-in and check-out procedures using our reservation system.
- Transaction Handling: Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system.
We are looking for someone who is dependable and has reliable transportation. This position requires weekend and Holiday availability. Starting hourly rate is based on experience with a performance raise in compensation after 30 days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
