We are looking for an experienced meat cutter to add to our team! Job duties include:
- reporting to manager daily
- taking initiative to know how to cut and fill the case
- running a meat saw, grinder, smoker, and the use of knives daily
- helping cover manager duties during vacation times
- performing clean up duties at end of day
- wrapping meat & filling the retail case
- optimizing profit by properly trimming and merchandising different cuts of meat
- understanding seasonal items that correspond with the department and adjusting inventory levels as well as properly merchandising the product
Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
