The Laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at all construction sites. The Laborer must have general knowledge of machines and tools relating to construction. The Laborer may operate hand and power tools of all types. The Laborer may clean and prepare sites, assist other laborers, carpenters, and field personnel. The Laborer must have knowledge of safety procedures, materials, methods, and the tools involved in any project or task as required.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and prepare construction sites
- Stage, measure, mark, cut, and prepare materials
- Clean and dispose of materials on project sites
- Assist with carpentry and building tasks
- Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations as directed
- Delivery of materials and equipment
- Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve own performance; monitors own work to ensure quality
- Quantity: Meets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner; strives to increase productivity

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
