Key Responsibilities

Prepare and plate high-volume menu items with consistent quality, speed, and presentation using fresh ingredients

Manage multiple stations (grill, fry, sauté) during peak service while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced, positive setting

Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
Requirements
-
1+ years line cook or similar experience in a high-volume casual dining or bar/grill environment preferred

Strong knife skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and commitment to teamwork

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation and upbeat attitude
