Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Aesthetician/Medical assistant to elevate our medical aestetic services. In this role, you will deliver expert-level treatments, including advanced facials, dermabrasion, microneedling, plasma and laser therapy, and other innovative aesthetic procedures. Duties
- Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, advanced laser, plasma, RF proceedures.
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using clinic. EHR
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to enhance results and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and uphold health regulations during all procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products, supplements, and treatment packages to maximize client benefits.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the community.
- Support front desk operations by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointments seamlessly.

- Requirements
- Valid Advanced esthetician certification recognized by state licensing boards.
- Proven experience in advanced aesthetic procedures including , laser treatments, dermaplaning, micro needling, assisting with medical proceedures.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, and various treatment modalities such as dermabrasion and deep tissue massage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare.
- Demonstrated management skills with experience overseeing client appointments and retail sales strategies.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while performing treatments
- Experience in hospitality or guest services environments that emphasize customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed for client convenience.
