Responsibilities
- Set up attractive and inviting market displays that highlight our products’ freshness and quality
- Engage with customers through friendly, in-person interactions to promote products and answer questions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various items
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and attentive communication
- Handle sales transactions efficiently while addressing customer questions.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or retail sales, with a focus on customer engagement and service excellence
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak confidently in public settings
- Knowledge of retail store products or food items enhances product promotion effectiveness
- Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for client communication, branding efforts, and public speaking engagements
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude towards promoting products and representing the brand effectively
