Join the Team Building Casovera Clean
Casovera Clean is launching in Scottsdale, and we're looking for an experienced residential cleaning professional to join our founding team.
This is a hands-on residential cleaning position for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of professionalism, consistency, and trust when working inside someone's home.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Has experience cleaning private homes and understands high standards of residential cleaning
- Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing things right the first time
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes commitments seriously
- Receives feedback openly and uses it to improve
- Can identify problems and think through possible solutions
- Works well alongside experienced teammates and is comfortable following established standards
- Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
- Takes ownership of their work and contributes positively to the team
What You'll Do
You'll work side by side with experienced team members as we establish the foundation of Casovera Clean.
Your role will focus on:
- Providing consistent, high-quality residential cleaning
- Learning and following Casovera Clean's standards and systems
- Caring for a variety of household surfaces and finishes
- Paying attention to the details that others may overlook
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive working environment
- Communicating any concerns or maintenance issues you notice
- Helping ensure every home is left clean, organized, and thoughtfully cared for

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
