Position Overview
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) who is passionate about working with children and families. The ideal candidate is motivated to make a difference, enjoys working in a supportive team environment, and is excited to help children develop communication skills that last a lifetime.
This role offers flexibility with per diem, hourly, or salaried compensation options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
- Provide speech therapy sessions in-clinic settings.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of therapy goals.
- Train and guide parents/caregivers on home-based speech and language practices.
- Partner with pediatricians and other medical professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient plans, progress, and evaluations.
- Foster supportive, engaging learning environments tailored to each child’s needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Michigan.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and teams.
Compensation
We offer flexible pay structures to fit candidate preferences:
- Hourly Rate: Competitive
- Per Visit Rate: $45– $65 per hour
- Salaried & Per Diem Options: Available and negotiable based on experience and scheduling.
