The Controller with Cost Accounting will be a key financial leader, overseeing all financial accounting and cost accounting functions to drive operational efficiency and profitability. this role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, developing robust cost control strategies, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Aquaculture or project-based environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly preferred.

7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a controller or similar leadership role.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or project-based environment.

Proven knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
