As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product and service information, and support daily sales goals. This position offers paid training, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow within a sales and customer service career path.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Provide information about services, promotions, and available solutions
- Support individual and team sales goals

Qualifications
