Dillon Floral is looking for a PART-TIME Fresh Cut Flower Order Processor (Wholesale) to support our Fresh Cut Flower department. This role focuses on preparing and packaging wholesale flower orders that go out to local professional florists.
This is a hands-on position that will keep you moving throughout your shift. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure every order is accurate, carefully packaged, and ready for delivery or customer pickup.
The schedule for this position is as follows:
- Monday through Friday based on your availability and our business needs.
- Monday is REQUIRED for this position - 10am-5:30pm or until done.
- All other weekday shifts will fall within the hours of 7am and end as late 6pm. End time will vary based on business needs and your availability.
- Sunday availability may be required. Sunday shifts are tied to our inventory delivery schedule and typically range between 8am and 2pm, depending on operational needs. Sunday shift duties specifically involve receiving and processing in our weekend deliveries.
Because this is an order-driven position, some shifts have a “done” end time. This means the shift ends once all orders have been picked, packed, and prepared. Additional days may be available based on business needs, and shift times may be adjusted throughout the year to accommodate seasonal demands while maintaining a part-time weekly average.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick and prepare wholesale orders of fresh flowers and greens
- Package orders carefully for delivery or customer pickup
- Communicate with the Sales Team to resolve order questions
- Keep cooler areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with general workflow to keep orders moving efficiently
Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse setting within a refrigerated floral cooler maintained at approximately 34–38°F. You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift and regularly moving and handling boxed products.

- Ability to work comfortably in a refrigerated cooler environment
- Ability to accurately distinguish colors to ensure order accuracy
Qualifications
- Floral knowledge and order fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required
- Basic computer skills are a plus
