Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to the executive office and our office operations to ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support all functions of the office of the Executive Director
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Support all functions of the Board of Directors including attendance at all board meetings and board committees.
- Perform all tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems to include contract documents.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- When necessary, assist with proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Work in collaboration with the Facility Manager to ensure all building related inspections occur and maintenance tasks are addressed
- Serve as member of the Administrative Team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with not for profit contracts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for all tasks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
