Acme Collision Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collision Estimator / Parts Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth repair process by preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, ordering parts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or other estimating software.
- Must have hands-on experience working with CCC ONE and be able to efficiently create, update, and manage repair estimates.
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and vehicle status.
- Work with insurance companies and adjusters to obtain approvals and process supplements.
- Order, track, receive, and verify parts for repair jobs.
- Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure repairs are properly planned and executed.
- Review parts invoices and ensure all required parts are available before repairs begin.
- Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and photos.
- Assist with scheduling vehicle drop-offs and deliveries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous collision estimating experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claim processes.
- Must have CCC ONE experience; Mitchell and Audatex experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
