Position: Medical Laboratory Technologist
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Shift: 40 Hours (8 hours Days, Evenings, Night), (10 hours Days & Nights)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 08/10/2026 or 08/17/2026
Pay Breakdown: $2000 Weekly (Atlanta, GA)
Taxable: $08/hour
Stipend: $1680/weekly
Pay Breakdown: $2006 Weekly (for Cumming, GA & Lawrenceville, GA)
Taxable: $19/hour
Stipend: $1246/weekly
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of recent experience within specialty.
- BLS(AHA) is Required
- Requires Strong Microbiology experience
- Cerner Experience.
- Requires: ASCP, AMT, AAB.
- Requires Strong Microbiology experience
- Requires Experience with Hem, core lab, sysmex, cellavision
Responsibilities:
- Facility will ONLY consider Med Lab Technologist & Med Lab Scientist.
- Med Lab Technician will NOT be considered.
- We are looking for someone with experience using Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
- Ideally, the candidate should have worked in a large hospital laboratory (600+ beds), as our lab is very busy and we need someone who understands the workload and pace.
- Our facility also includes large neonatal units, and performing differentials accurately is a critical part of our daily operations.
- Candidates who are not already competent in these areas would require extensive training, which could delay their readiness.
- Therefore, we prefer someone who has previously handled similar responsibilities and can transition quickly.
- We also deal with a wide variety of complex samples on a daily basis including turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cell findings so its important that the candidate is already familiar with managing these challenges
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
