30 Park Restaurant and Bar is looking for a Line Cook to join our team!
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and refining existing recipes to enhance flavor and presentation.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple stations and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Use knife skills expertly to prepare ingredients quickly and safely for various dishes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills and meal preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and learning.
