Superintendent
A growing, family-owned residential builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end residential construction projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. The company specializes in home additions, ADUs, structural work, foundations, retaining walls, decks, balconies, major remodels, and custom residential construction, while providing clients with a fully integrated design, engineering, permitting, and construction experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys managing complex residential projects and working directly with ownership, designers, engineers, homeowners, and subcontractors.
What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day field operations for residential construction projects

Oversee home additions, ADUs, structural improvements, remodels, and custom residential builds

Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and material deliveries

Work closely with project management, design, and engineering teams throughout construction

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

Identify and resolve field issues related to structural and residential construction
-
Maintain strong communication with homeowners and project stakeholders
-
Drive projects through punch list and final completion
What We're Looking For

5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential construction
