Gulf Breeze Management Services is seeking a maintenance technician to service our clients. They will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Association.
OPERATING SKILLS:
- Plan and communicate with various vendors.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing.
- Occasional minor projects such as painting exterior light fixtures, doors.
- Perform duties relating to refuse container removal cleaning
- Strong customer service, communication both orally and in writing, and interpersonal skills required.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
- Follow good health and safety principles
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Regular communication with the Property Manager on property conditions and maintenance concerns.
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Knowledge of pool operation, Certified Pool Operator Certification is a plus
- Operational characteristics, services and activities of an on-site condominium association maintenance program
- Methods, materials, equipment and tools used in the repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Occupational hazards and standard health and safety practices
- Principles and practices of general building inspection
- Knowledge of the location and method of operation of the potable water shutoff valves for each building
- Knowledge of the location and method of operation of the irrigation shut off valves
- Knowledge of location and operation of the electrical switches controlling the outdoor lights, main electrical panels for each building and electrical supply to the site
Must speak English, Spanish is a plus
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
