his position will at the minimum be able to perform the following tasks on a timely and accurate manner:
- Prepare monthly management reporting package
- Prepare between actual versus budget reports and bank reports
- Assists with monthly consolidation
- Assists with the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
- Maintain Fixed Assets database
- Good communication skills
- Account Analysis - BS and IS statements accounts
- Assists in preparation of audit and lease schedules
- Liaison with external auditors
- Prepare and input journal entries
Requirements:
- BA / BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum one to five years of general ledger accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in MS Office
- knowledge of MFG PRO is a plus
- SOX-404 compliance experience a plus
