We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations at our sushi and hibachi restaurant.
This position is responsible for managing servers, hosts, bartenders, guest satisfaction, scheduling, staff training , customer service ,and daily front -of-house operations.
Responsibilities include
- Managing Servers, hosts, bartenders, and desk staff
- Creating employee schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and concerns
- Train new staff
- Monitor labor costs and staffs performances
- Maintain an organized and clean space of resturant
- Support resturant growth and sales
Requirments include
- 2-3 years of resturant managment experience
- Previous sushi or japanese restaurant experience prefered
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Knows how to operate POS system and telephone
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Available nights and weekends
IMPORTANT
This position is focused on front of house operations only so no kitchen, sushi chef, and hibachi cheff management at all. Only manage hosts, bussers, bartenders, and servers
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
